Asha Day 2015 at Napa Valley

Asha Day 2015 at Napa Valley

Nearly 200 Asha supporters came together to celebrate Asha Day on August 29th at Hall Winery in Napa Valley, California. The event was hosted by the Congressman of the District, Mike Thompson and his wife Jan Thompson. This was the 17th successive year of Asha Day, and what a remarkable testament to the loyalty and commitment of the Asha supporters in the region!

Kailash Chaudhary, a civil engineer and founder of Chaudhary and Associates who has been the chief organiser and one of the largest donors all these years, generously underwrote all the costs related to the event, so that the funds raised could go to the work of Asha. Lana Stanley, Sandy Jones and Rita Bresee, all of whom have been long time Asha supporters, were the chief organisers for this year’s wonderful event. They were assisted in their efforts by Rohit Patel, long time generous Asha supporter.
