Founder of Cricket Live Foundation, Alex Reese visits Asha

We were pleased to host Mr Alex Reese, founder of Cricket Live Foundation, New Zealand on April 13, 2016. Alex was welcomed by the Asha team at the Headquarters and was given a brief orientation about Asha’s work by Freddy Martin, Associate Director of Asha.

After a quick tour of the Asha Polyclinic, Alex was accompanied to the Asha centres at Ekta Vihar and Kusumpur Pahadi. He had a lovely interaction with the young children and university students. Alex spoke about his foundation – Cricket Live Foundation, wherein they use cricket as a vehicle to develop the life skills and education of underprivileged children from marginalised communities in Sri Lanka and India, and provide them with a pathway for their futures.
