Dear Friends,
The 2012-13 was extremely important as we celebrated Asha’s 25th anniversary and the transformation that the intervening time as brought. What started as an effort to bring basic health services to slum communities has evolved into a broad programme of holistic development in over 50 areas of Delhi. And today, Asha’s community of supporters has grown into a global network of friends and partners.
The past 25 years have seen great expansion of both Asha’s scope of services and the Asha community. As we look back at the things we have achieved and challenges we have overcome; we dedicate ourselves to remaining a dynamic, sustainable and effective agent of change. Much work is left to be done, but with your support, serving the poor is the task we remain entirely committed to.
