We are delighted to present Asha’s Annual Report for 2021-2022. The Asha team continued their dedicated efforts to bring hope to thousands of distressed families and support the slum community from the severe health, social, and economic impact of the Covid pandemic.
We were happy that we could collaborate with the Government in the Covid vaccination drive and ensure 98% of the residents across Asha slum communities are fully vaccinated. The Asha team and the young Covid warriors played a pivotal role in helping the children in the slums to continue their education overcoming the Covid challenges. The Asha IT labs were equipped with advanced laptops and high-speed internet facilities, which became an education lifeline for the students.
