On March 15, 2015 Asha’s Founder and Director Dr. Kiran Martin spent the day with 21 Student Ambassadors from Asha communities across Delhi. The children shared their college experiences and discussed their future plans at the academic and professional fronts. Dr. Kiran guided them keenly throughout. Students who had attained new jobs were congratulated.
Over lunch, Dr Kiran motivated the Student Ambassadors to work efficiently in their respective fields. An affirmation exercise was conducted post lunch wherein the students spoke about each other’s positives attributes. It was also decided that once the exams of the high school students in the communities are over, a get together would be planned.
