On Saturday 25th January 2014, Hon Mr LK Advani , Chairman BJP Parliamentary Party met with college students from Asha communities. Accompanied by Dr Kiran, the students spent a long time speaking to Mr Advani and narrated stories of their higher education journey. They spoke with great joy and enthusiasm about the changes higher education has brought into their life and community. Mr Advani was greatly impressed to meet with them and congratulated each and every one of them on their achievements.
Asha has shared a longstanding relationship with Mr Advani who has visited Asha communities and chaired various Asha events in the past. We are thankful for the unwavering support that he has always extended to Asha’s work and look forward to many more opportunities of welcoming him in the years to come.
