You will also read about the inauguration of Book Clubs at Asha slum communities on the occasion of ‘World Book Day’. The books were generously donated as a part of our donation drive ‘Your Books, Our Hope’ by our supporters from India and worldwide.
This issue also highlights the Financial Inclusion Programme, and how it has improved the lives of slum dwellers across Delhi. One such inspiring tale is of Shyama from Kanak Durga slum community, who was able to upgrade her business with the help of a loan.
